Stephen Kessler OD

Dr. Stephen Kessler received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington University of St. Louis, Missouri, and then attended the University of California at Berkeley where he earned Bachelor and Doctorate degrees in Optometry.

After leaving the University of California, he accepted a position with the University of Wisconsin Department of Opthalmology. He is the first optometrist to hold a position on the UW staff, and spent 26 years as director of its Low Vision Rehabilitation Service.

Dr. Kessler has been in private practice in Middleton, WI since 1982. His practice provides comprehensive family eyecare including diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases, consultation and co-management of refractive surgery options, treatment of computer vision problems, contact lenses, and low vision care.

Benjamin Pire

Ben has been a technician at Lifetime Eyecare Center since January 2011.  While he is new to the practice, in a short time he has developed a great relationship with both patients and staff.  In his spare time he enjoys drawing and painting, working out and staying physically active, and travel.


Lisa Munson Holerud

Lisa has been the Office Manager at Lifetime Eyecare Center since April of 2000.  She enjoys working in a small private practice and feels the customer service at LEC is second to none.  In her spare time, Lisa enjoys travel, gardening and basset hounds.
